Rental
fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, except
in cases of flood or hurricane. Notice
of these situations will be posted on
this web site.
Check often around the
time of your trip. If you
must cancel, you may reschedule your reservation for use within one year
of your original rental, if a platform is available.
RRP
reserves the right to close the trail/camping system in the event of floods, hurricanes or
other reasons (not including normal high water) and/or move paddlers to
available platforms not affected by flood waters. Due to the potential
for rapid changes based not only on local weather but on releases from
dams, paddlers may not know of these closures or changes until arrival.
When possible, we will post notices on our web site. We will make every effort to reschedule
reservations affected by these situations, however we cannot guarantee
platforms or dates.
